These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Bedrock Polling SMS messaging program. By opting in to receive text messages from Bedrock Polling, you agree to these terms.

Bedrock Polling provides public opinion research services. When you opt in to our SMS messaging program, you may receive text messages related to:

  • Survey and polling invitations
  • Research study participation requests
  • Follow-up messages related to surveys you have participated in
  • Important updates about ongoing research projects

3. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or phone number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

6. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your participation in our research programs. You may receive anywhere from 1 to 10 messages per month depending on active surveys and research projects. During active polling periods (such as election seasons), message frequency may temporarily increase.

7. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and their network policies.

8. Consent

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Bedrock Polling, you confirm that you are the subscriber to the phone number provided or that you are authorized to provide consent for that phone number. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase.
